OK, the canvases aren't blank anymore, but they're not painted yet either. I did sketch out the intended themes on each. Now, at least, there's something to think about as I pass each one. And, that's about all I'll do each day till June 24, 2010. I've been in Travel Career classes which will not end with a degree until the above date. This means all my artistic endeavors will not emerge until the same. See you in passing....

I have four blank canvases hanging on various walls in the apartment. They're all 30x30 or larger. It's very frustrating to walk by them and not grab the paints. But, I promised myself I would finish the itinerary for our trip to UK before I can create. Maddening. But, I have to admit it is one very good way to accomplish your to-do lists. My daughter inspires me to paint again, even though I should be writing. I figure I should be able to do both since some techniques on the canvas do have to dry in-between layers. But then there's this trip to England. Oh drat....

...was for Macy. Pneuma needed a friend soooo... I've never shopped at Macy's. I'm not a shop-till-you-drop type of person. But a tour of San Francisco's early theaters took us past the Christmas windows of the downtown SF Macy's. Behold, the cute adoptable critters playing among the fake hearths and trees. I had to drag my husband inside and check out the rest of the cages. There, snoring away, was Macy. She was very happy to come home with us. Why not?
